Our Shipping Policy

Free Shipping is offered on jewelry orders to mailing addresses within the United States using USPS Priority Mail. Our orders are processed within one-two business day (an order placed on Friday would ship on Monday). Allow 3 to 5 business days.

If you need your jewelry order sooner, we can ship it using USPS Priority Express for $40. Allow 2 business days. A signature will be required upon delivery.

By providing us your email address, you will receive tracking information on the progress of your delivery once it is shipped.

For non-jewelry items the shipping charge is calculated according to weight and size. Please call us at (207) 778-6560 to get estimated shipping charges.

Maine State Sales Tax (5.5%) will be added to all orders delivered within the state of Maine.

Our Website Return Policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you wish to return/exchange an item purchased from our website, please contact us for a confirmation number and follow these guidelines: Items must be received within 15 days of purchase, unused and unaltered in the original package with a copy of the sales slip for a full refund or exchange.

Special orders and custom designs are not refundable or exchangeable.

*For all items purchased in the months of November and December, we are extending our return policy through January 20th.

Because jewelry can be crushed, please package your return/exchange item in a sturdy box. For security reasons, do not write Mainestone Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the package. Instead, address it to:
